Weather channel not displaying since about noon

Rogers Arkansas.  The weather channel went black about noon.  No picture at all although the guide and the pop up banner at the bottom of the screen show the programs information.  All other programs work fine.  I tried the standard def channel too, it is also dark.

I manually reset the box by unplugging it.  Same thing, just a black screen.

I reset the box online and it went off, rebooted with the same result - black screen.

I was on the phone with a Cox tech support for about 1/2 an hour and he too reset the box.  Same thing.

He reported that he has not heard of any other customers not being able to get the weather channel.  

Anyone else having this problem?  Like I said the other channels are working.  I can't imaging just ME has this problem, especially on BOTH SD and HD channels.
