Watch DVR on iPad/iPhone?

When will COX allow us to watch our DVR on our iPads/iPhones???  If this doesn't happen soon I'm canceling the TV after my obligation is up and going back to DISH.  With DISH I used to be able to watch my DVR anywhere in the country as long as I was connected to WiFi.  DISH and DIRECT has had this ability for years.  Time to catch up or I'm gone!

    they never will copy rights was told will never happen
