I think the actual procedures to program a remote (press, simultaneously hold, blink-blink, etc) erase any previous programming code.

However, if the TV sets are made by the same manufacturer, you might be able to control both or...coincidentally...if 2 different manufacturers use the same standard protocol and generic codes...maybe.
