All of my Scheduled Recordings gone and shows nothing for 14 Days. Argh!

As of about 7:00PM CT Sunday November 08 I began having the same issues as described above. I was attempting to cancel 2 shows (NCIS and NCIS New Orleans) so I could create manual recordings for them since CBS is running late due to football. As soon as I did that It cancelled all but a few shows in my scheduled recordings, and will not allow me to schedule any recordings. I have attempted to record shows that were not previously scheduled and it attempts to but immediately shows it with the red circle with the slash through it. I have unplugged both of my Contour 2 record 6 DVRs and it doesn't help.

Ben, thanks for the response. I have since attempted the fix from above by going out to my account online and doing a signal reset. It still didn't fix it, I then unplugged and plugged back in both DVR's (again) and between both processes, the signal resets and unplugging the DVR's it appears to have fixed the issue (for now). It definitely appears by mine and others experiences from above that COX has an ISSUE that needs to be fixed.
