TV

We have been having problems with our TV on just a couple of channels.  For example channel 81 and most of the channels on the sports and information pak.  When the channel is selected it says "This program is unavailable at the moment" and then goes back to the previous channel.

I have contacted Cox multiple times and even had a technician come out but no one can fix it.  It was fixed for a couple of hours but then went back to doing the same thing.  When I called Cox about it again hey wanted to send a technician out again. It is frustrating that they seem to be lost on all this.

Have been Cox customers for years but right now it is very tempting to switch to ATT as Cox cannot figure out what is going on.

  • Hi Wonderboy9778, that error often indicates you are trying to tune to a channel to which you no longer subscribe. Did you recently cancel your subscription to the Sports & Info pak? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
