Offering Spanish speaking channels opens up Cox markets to Spanish speaking people. In theory, the additional revenue this creates could keep costs lower for other Cox customers by more than the incremental cost of a few additional channels. And, there are a lot of Spanish speaking people in some Cox markets who want TV in their own language too.
