Cost of installation depends on if you go with a self-install or a professional install. Make sure you have a Cox line from the pole to your house and that the coax is RG6/quad shielded and is connected to all the outlets you want to use. If no, go with a professional install. Some contracts come with a free pro install. Also, you can either rent boxes, rent a cable card(unless Cox has stopped giving them to new customers) to use with something like a Tivo, or buy a device that is compatible with the Contour App, like an Apple TV. Finally, there are normal boxes that use coax and boxes that use wifi. For wifi, I think you need to subscribe to Cox internet and rent a Panoramic gateway.
