TV, video and audio tilling, pixelating, started in sometime 2021, how to fix or cox to fix?

TV A/V are tilling pixelatng breaking up for as long as up to a minute. Closed Captioning is also effected. Is this a splitter cable connection problem. This problem started sometime last year 2021...

It sounds like a signal issue. Check all the coax connections to make sure they are secure. If there's a splitter or amp bypass it. If still having an issue after checking email your full name and address to cox.help@cox.com.
