TV out in Phoenix

So much for College Football Saturday, thanks Cox! No “known outage” but a long wait time on the phone so something’s up. Auto reset didn’t work.

Is there only no football or no cable TV?  Error message?  Is cable-box connected to a coaxial splitter?

    No TV at all. No splitter. Worked fine last night.
