tv Guide

One tv shows information on the guide the other rev does not ehy

  • Hi Cindijane, if one receiver shows "no data" on the Guide, unplug the power from the receiver for 2 minutes and then plug the power back in. Give the receiver several minutes to complete the reboot process before trying to access the Guide. Please let us know if this doesn't restore the Guide data for you! -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
