TNT and TBS close captioning

As of Monday, May 5th,  2019 the close captioning on TNT and TBS is not working. It works on all my other channels. It is also not working at my neighbor's. I called Cox  and they are not aware of ...

    I am reaching out to you again. It seems that the closed captioning is not working on channel 811, the Escape channel. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
