Tivo Bolt CableCard Error
I have a Tivo Bolt that uses a Cox CableCard along with a tuning adapter. Every once in a while the HD channel will cut out and I will get a message that says:
" A technical problem is preventing you from receiving all cable services at this time.
Please call your cable operator and report error code 161-38 to have the problem resolved"
I've tried rebooting and resetting and nothing has worked. I couldn't find anything online and I've had bad luck calling in to customer service and finding someone who understands Tivo cablecards, so I figured I'd give this a shot.
