The Long Shadow on Acorn TV no longer available?

We have Acorn TV through our subscription package. Last week we watched the first two episodes of the long shadow with no problem. Last night we tried to watch episode three and a pop-up occurred stating we need a “subscription” to watch this episode. What gives with this change?
