subscribed channel that i can see on the app but not on the tv
why i can see some channels like FS2 on the cox app on my phone but can't see it on the cable(tv)?what to do?

If you mean you can't see a listing for the channel in your TV guide and not that you can see it listed, but can't watch it, then check "Set Skipped Channels" in Settings to make sure the channel you can't see in your cable TV guide hasn't been skipped.
