Sound on ID channel cutting in and out. I have Contour, have reset it a number of times, TV is fine when I watch other programming or Netflix, etc. there is no issue. It seems to be the ID channel, but it makes me crazy. Please fix.
Hi David64, we haven't had any reports of problems with the USA Network. Please disconnect the coax cable from the cable receiver and then reconnect it, making sure it is finger-tight. Unplug the power from the cable receiver for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in. After the receiver completes the reboot process, see if the issue on the USA Network continues. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
