Hi Sburm1, is there a splitter that connects between the affected cable boxes? Make sure all coax connections are finger-tight, and remove or replace any extraneous connectors or splitters. If this doesn't resolve the issue, email our team at cox.help@cox.com. If the issue is affecting multiple cable receivers, we may need to schedule a service call to investigate.
