Show interruptions

Over the last 3 months, various shows and channels shows will just go blank for 20 secs give or take, or you will loose audio for the same length of time, flashes an excerpt of a commercial, then goes blank. This happens on all tvs, in different rooms and on different channels. Logically it indicates the tvs. Individual boxes are ok. Cables have been removed and/or replaced.

It is becoming a nuisance, and I am missing a lot of shows.

You really can miss a lot of the shows. I have refreshed the system, reset the devices and I thought this forum might be helpful.

I have tried to chat with your team snd that is not working for me (might be my account).
