Screen stuck with TV guide on.

Last night my remote got stuck in the seat of my recliner.  When I pulled it out this morning and turned it on, the TV guide from 2:54 am is stuck on the screen.  I’ve unplugged the tv, changed the batteries in the remote, reset my panoramic Wifi, called support for help and after an hour was not able to get rid of this screen.  What can I do to fix this?

    Unplugging the TV would have no affect.  Cox support would have recommended doing this, but did you unplug your receiver for 30 seconds before plugging it back in?  If that doesn't work, try resetting your cable receiver using the Cox Cable Connection Reset Tool.
