Screen saver

it is completely ridiculous that your screen saver announces the scores to football games.  Part of the purpose of a DVR service that you provide is that it allows delayed viewing in the event that a person cannot watch live.  Less than an hour after the game, the score was one of the first things that pops up in your screensaver - thereby spoiling the game for your customer.  This completely negates the purpose of DVR.  Please do not ruin events for your customers.

    Hello, Sorry this occurred as I know how I would have felt to see the score if I was preparing to watch the game. The screen saver is a great feature that allows customers to catch up on many items quickly. We can relay your input to the design team asking if they can place a delay on posting games like this and it's our hope that this will be the only time it occurs for you and please let us know if you have any other questions with the service in the future.
