Samsung TV causes Cox Mini Box to restart every time TV is turned on

I'm using a Cox Mini Box for my TVs, and I got a small 32" Samsung TV (Model UN325500AFXZA) a coouple of months back for my desk to be a desktop TV/2nd monitor when needed.  The problem I'm having is that every time I turn the TV on, it causes the mini box to completely reset, it does nothing for about a minute, and then the light powers down and it goes through a complete reset (Cox screen with the dashes at the bottom, LED turns red after the reset until it fully reboots), and only then will function properly.  I've tried switching out the mini box with a different one from another TV, and have the same result, and the original mini box is fine on the other TV.  Was hoping to get some idea as how to fix this.

  • Here are 2 other suggestions Tc1072. Disable Samsung Instant ON and Disable BD Wise. These may work. Thanks, Lisa -Cox Support Forums Moderator

    Where does your Mini Box get its electrical outlet on the wall or a switched outlet on your TV?
