Samsung 65" tv picture in top left hand corner

I have 2 contour boxes - main one in living room, smaller one in bedroom. Turned bedroom tv on this am, no issues. Went into living room a little while later and turned tv on and found my picture is in top left-hand corner with no way to change it to full screen. Tried Netflix just to see and picture is full screen, so I am assuming problem is with contour cable box. What do I need to do to correct this?

    Hi Newtocontour,

    If you haven't already done so, unplug the power from the cable receiver in the living room for two minutes, and then plug it back in. Allow the cable box a few minutes to go through its reset cycle before checking the picture. Please let us know if this restores the picture to full screen!

    Update; unplugging contour box, waited 5 minutes and tv display back to normal.
