Remote and demand menu complaint

On the remote, I have to arrow around to get to what I want to watch, example on demand to network to id channel and then I can’t watch it because it is unavailable or it’s an outside app and I have to start over. Takes forever, and the remote is painful w my arthritis because it requires a hard press.  The voice activation leads to unavailable or outside app as well.  The menu tabs have shows you want me to watch.  Make the remote and menu user friendly.  Consequently, I watch fire tv, easy to use and I can get all the apps I want and actually watch shows.  I would not purchase apps within Cox because of the remote and menu.  Thank you for your attention.
