QVC and HSN on duplicate channels in the Omaha NE area

why do we need duplicate qvc and hsn in Omaha  qvc is on channels 14,1014 26 and 1026 and hsn is on 3,1003 73 and 1073, but our Tivo's only have program info for channels 14,1014,3,1003 not channel 26,1026 or 73 and 1073.  

also channel 109 and 1109 do not have program info even the the reps at tivo are having a hard time finding the program listings for channels 109 1109 in our area
