Prime Video Keeps kicking us out in the middle of watching a show.

Prime Video Keeps kicking us out in the middle of watching a show. Also, our remote keeps locking up requiring us to pull the batteries out to reboot it. Today I had to power the cable bow power cord and restart it just to get it to reconnect to the remote. The problems are piling up now.
