Prime Video Keeps kicking us out in the middle of watching a show.

Prime Video Keeps kicking us out in the middle of watching a show. Also, our remote keeps locking up requiring us to pull the batteries out to reboot it. Today I had to power the cable bow power cord...

Hello. How often are you having to power cycle the box? Also, do you have issues with live tv? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator
