by fuzzy, I mean the picture is out of focus most of the time, as in watching golf, the players look out of focus, then the pic clears momentarily, then out of focus again, and is that way most of the time. it's like trying to see the golf ball without glasses on if you have poor eyesight.

Looks like you're on getting SD video. Buffer looks busy. 18 Mbps connection.
Something on your network is hogging bandwidth. Is this a Roku TV or separate Roku streamer? Wired or wireless connection to router? Also, would you be steaming anything in the background? For example, if you were streaming from a TV app and switched to a Roku device, the TV app would continue streaming in the background although you're not switched to the TV app.

youtube, no Roku. using wireless connection to Panoramic modem, which is in same room
also, no gaming going on here. We have 2 phones, 2 laptops, 2 tvs, 1 printer. at any one time, one phone always on and tv on only late in the day
second TV in room down the hall (keep in mind small house)
too hard to reach cable connection on back of main TV but could do so on bedroom tv??? pretty sure my RG59 is newer

I don't know why I had Roku on my brain.
Any unfamiliar devices on your network? You could change your network password.
Do you separate 2.4 & 5 GHz networks or are they the same SSID? If your Pano and wireless TV are close enough, you could just stream via 5 GHz.
