Pluto TV app

I am unable to watch anything on the Pluto TV app on my main TV.  I can access the app on all of my other TVs but on the main TV I can only get a frozen picture from the last channel within Pluto TV that I watched on one of my other TVs.  Is there a way to fix one of the installed apps on the Contour box?

    Hi Hiphubby123,

    Can you try to hit the triangle 'A' Button on your Contour remote, then go to 'System Refresh', then hit the OK Button? I should take about 15 minutes to come back up.

        Unfortunately, the system refresh did not fix the problem.
