Please try again message

Why I keep  getting  this  message  please  try again code(xre-03059)Getting  really upset  going threw  channels and getting this on  a certain  channel like CNN for example. Is it my box??? I'm always resetting  boxes, does not help!!

    have cox send a reboot signal, which will include updates your box may need!
