Picture freezing

New customer, had to have tech support do a complete reboot one week ago.

The issue continues freezing for 3-5 seconds then jumping to live picture. This is noticed mostly evening and night time. Especially annoying while watching sports!

Has there ever been a solution to this seemingly on going issue?

    Hi Freeze, we welcome you to the Cox family, and I'm sorry for the frustrating experience. Are both receivers impacted, and how many channels seem to be affected? Is there a solid white light on the internet modem? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
