"Picture Freezes"
Ever since "upgrading" to Contour2 a long time ago, my cable picture regularly freezes, requiring a restart or power cycle to return to normal.

I am seeing some timeout errors on your cable receiver. If you have already checked the cable connection on both ends to make sure it is tight and bypassed any possible splitters, we will likely need to have a technician out to investigate further.
