Could you provide either a screenshot or photo?
It may not be Contour but instead your TV.

has to be the new contour 2 box we just received a few days ago; did not happen before; can not be the TV as both our TVs with new boxes do the same thing. Thanks though.

Did you connect the TV sets to your network since getting Contour?
Do you have the Panoramic router?
