Pairing issue with XR11, magnavox tv, Vizio. Sound bar
I have a magnavox tv and Vizio sound bar.I can only get the XR11 remote to piar to one not both. The last entry is what stays in the remote

Please try this link click on add new audio and select Vizio and add the model number. Let us know if this helps.

Cox Moderator I've never liked to use Contour to pair remotes. Do the manual entry instead:
Without navigating Contour, just hold the Setup button on the bottom of the remote until LED is green, enter the code.and press Volume to test. There won't be any feedback from Contour, which makes manual-entry quicker.
