Padres channel 83

Contour app doesn't allow this channel to stream outside home Wi-Fi. Last year when it was on YurView I could stream it while I was away from my house.

    Is there a reason why I am unable to dvr live Padre broadcasts on Contour?  Anyone else with this problem?
