Once again, the cable goes out

Would be nice if just once, we could watch an hour of TV without the screen going blank at least once. Happens almost every evening. Have reported multiple times but nothing helps. Yet, Cox is quick to bill for crappy service. Need to find another service. Not worth $300+ a month for a service that only works 59% of the time.
