On Demand viewing stopped during program.

Tried to watch last weeks CBS NCIS LA on demand last night around 8:30 pm. The episode I selected started as expected but then around the time of the usual TV commercial break, it went into a 10+ min run of commercials. These finally stopped but the episode I was watching never returned and showed that the program was finished. I tried to start it up again from scratch but the same thing happened. This has never happened before! What's up with this???

    Thank you for reaching out to us through Cox Forums. I looked into the issue with viewing last week’s episode of NCIS LA, S10 Ep17 Till Death Do Us Part and was able to duplicate the same issue as you experienced. A ticket has been escalated to our Video Content team to further investigate the problem. We will follow up with you once we receive an update.
