On Demand programs are fuzzy?

Why is the replay of On Demand shows blurry/fuzzy?  Some of the playback is actually freezing.  This wasn't the case yesterday, and the live TV picture looks sharp - is there an issue with On Demand in the area?  I'm located in Irvine, CA.

    Hi SunnyOC,

    Are you experiencing this issue on all of Contour receivers? Is this happening on certain On Demand shows or do you notice it on all shows? Let’s make sure all connections on the Contour box are finger tight and that nothing is loose.
