Hi Ignored Unicorn, I'm sorry that this has been so frustrating today! The issue impacting Video On Demand was resolved around 3:30pm this afternoon. If you are still unable to access VOD content, please unplug the power from each of your cable boxes for 2 minutes, and then plug back in. Allow your cable boxes to complete the reboot cycle, and then try to again to access titles from the VOD library. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
