ON DEMAND does not work

I have 3 tvs in my house.  My "On Demand" works on 2 of them but will not work on the 3rd.  I have gotten a new box and that does nothing.  Cox online support has reset everything and it still does not work.  Are there any answers out there.  I am ready to leave cox.  This is getting old.
