Attempting to watch True Detective, season 3 episode 4 on Sunday night. First time I tried, it showed me that it was already in progress on HBO2 and all i could do was join in progress, unable to start from beginning. I tried again an hour later, after that live episode had finished, and I was also unable to watch that episode because there was another scheduled viewing later that night.

Have you attempted to watch this program via On Demand? Since you're subscribed to HBO it doesn't cost anything at all.

The issue is it would not let me view the show via On Demand, since it was airing that same day. I was able to to chose episodes 5 and 6, but not 4

When you attempted to watch the episode, do you recall if there was an error message or error code on the screen?

Cox Support Forum ModeratorNo error code. When I tried the 1st time, it just took me to the show in progress and no Restart ability provided. The 2nd time, when the show had finished, it presented options to either set a recording or a reminder
