On Demand.

Not able to use on demand, freezing occurs, tried everything. called tech support and they reset the cable tv and nothing happens. I have contour.

    Hi Zurq, On Demand uses up quite a bit of signal in order to function properly. If the On Demand is freezing, this could indicate a potential signal issue that needs to be corrected. Please make sure all connections are tightly secured and free of damage. If you have any splitters in the home, please also make sure those are in working condition as well.       checked my splitters they are all in good condition.
