oh look, yet another price increase

bill goes up 10 bucks? alredy annoyed with these people.about a year ago i agreed to a deal where i would be LOCKED IN to a rate for 2 years. about 5 months later my bill goes up .when i inquired why since i was LOCKED IN i was told "oh, you still get your discount..our rates hae gone up" that makes ZERO SENSE.so i asked the woman "so basically i was lied to about being LOCKED IN"..all she could do was stammer a weak apology. PATHETIC.
