Not able to pause or rewind the Weather Channel?

I wanted to pause my TV on the Weather Channel yesterday and it refused to pause, it just brought up the timeline bar at the bottom of the screen with no results.  I also noticed that after being on the channel it will not rewind either.  Is the Weather Channel now not able to pause and rewind?

    I haven't seen any changes with this channel. I just tested myself and was able to rewind/fast forward/pause/record etc. Have you tried rebooting your cable box yet? (unplugging the power)

    When I had a Contour 1 box I had this kind of problem with a few channels like El Rey (didn't try on Weather). Problem was the box itself and I had to replace it.
