No sound
I have no sound on the Bravo channel. The sound works on all other channels and SAP is off.

Are you having the problem with your sound on both the HD channel as well as the SD channel? We would like you to try a reset of the equipment as well to see if that corrects the problem. Please disconnect the cable box from power for 1 minute & then plug it back in. Let us know if this works for you.
