No new PPV Movies showing for past few days,

No PPV movies listed ondemand, Reset receiver, Called tech support with no resolution

only 13 movies showing when I select new movies on ch 1 and they are older movies not new releases

and all free

all filters are off / cleared

tried everything

tech support says they will probably come back in a few days

any ideas?
