No audio on The Weather Channel

We lost the audio to just The Weather Channel on all 3 of our TV's about 2 weeks ago. We have audio on all our other channels. Updated all our contour boxes to see if that was the issue. Still no audio on The Weather Channel. Cox is telling me it has to do with the broadcasters of The Weather Channel. Anyone else having this issue?
