Next-Gen Cloud TV. Recordings deleted soon.

So I heard on this forum from a moderator that: "We will be moving to a new vendor for our cloud DVR platform as of December 11, 2024". Then I saw this post on Reddit that said they(customer) received a notification that recordings will be deleted when moved to the new system, however the mods deleted the post for being off topic. Last, I saw this post on DSLReports that points to the new system Comcast is rolling out and they are licensing it to Cox.

So still not sure how the new system will work, but FYI, changes are coming. Back up any important recordings onto a analog copy if possible. They will be deleted by next month.
