Hi,
I apologize this was not discussed before the change was made. it sounds like they may have set up you with a wireless box or one that records on our cloud storage. These boxes have less pause time before they start playing again. I believe it's about 30 minutes if I remember correctly. Please contact us privately so we can investigate further.
