NBA League Pass Purchased on NBA.com - How Activate on Cox?

Question

I've purchased LP from the NBA site and logged onto Cox through NBA.com.&nbsp; When I go to the NBA LP channels they show a message that I do not have a subscription.&nbsp; How do I get the two sych'd?&nbsp; Thanks!

Hi Balbillar,

Since you purchased the NBA League Pass from NBA.com you will need to sign in to your NBA.com account to access your NBA League Pass subscription.

I have the same question.&nbsp; Does this mean I can't use the NBA League Pass channels on my TV to watch games?&nbsp; If not, how would one even do that?

If you subscribe to the league pass on the NBA website, that is strictly a streaming service through them.  In order to have the league pass channels be available through Cox, you would need to subscribe by calling in, the website or if you have a Contour 2 receiver you may subscribe directly through the TV.  This is a separate subscription from the NBA website.

I had the same issue, until I downloaded the NBA app on my Roku TV and found it way easier and smoother watching it on the app on my TV
