NBA League Pass Purchased on NBA.com - How Activate on Cox?

I've purchased LP from the NBA site and logged onto Cox through NBA.com.  When I go to the NBA LP channels they show a message that I do not have a subscription.  How do I get the two sych'd?  Thanks...

I have the same question.  Does this mean I can't use the NBA League Pass channels on my TV to watch games?  If not, how would one even do that?

I had the same issue, until I downloaded the NBA app on my Roku TV and found it way easier and smoother watching it on the app on my TV
