Harry, are you able to login to these apps on any other devices? Are you able to login on the Cox website without any issues?

I don't know if it is a coincidence or what, but I just tried again right now and miraculously I could log in and the NBC-Universal apps are now working on the Fire Stick. Looks like things have been settled.
